Our drivers will never park our moving truck anywhere other than a legally designated parking spot. If a customer explicitly requests or demands that we park in an unauthorized zone, the customer will accept full financial and legal responsibility for any parking fines or liabilities incurred
Yes. You must update us before finalizing your booking if your inventory includes marble, stone, antiques, fragile items, or glass.
You must notify us prior to moving day if your property features curved staircases, or if exceptionally heavy items (such as a double-door fridge) need to be carried upstairs.
Yes. We carry comprehensive Public Liability Insurance to fully secure and protect the buildings, houses, and loading docks we operate in. We also hold Marine Transit Insurance to safeguard your furniture while it is in transit.
No. Our insurances will not cover any damages if any person other than a professional The Pink Truck Removalist employee helps load or unload the truck.
No. Items or fragile pieces packed directly into boxes by the customer are not insured against internal breakage or damage.
For security and safety reasons, do not pack cash, jewelry, or essential medicines into the boxes going into our truck. Please transport these highly valuable personal items yourself in your own vehicle.
Booking, Windows & Discounts
We book all moves within a 3-hour arrival window. Your team of removalists will arrive at your pickup address at any time between those specified hours.
If The Pink Truck Removalist arrives later than the 3-hour window you booked, we will automatically deduct 5% off your final invoice to make up for the delay.
Yes! We offer a $10 discount on your move if you post an honest review on Google or your social media channels. To qualify for the discount, your review must include a picture of our truck, our team, or your securely wrapped furniture on moving day.
No. We do not offer any discounts or price reductions under any circumstances based on claims of movers being slow. Moving speeds cannot be objectively measured or proved, as factors like long walkways, tight apartment corridors, complex elevator access, and fragile items naturally require careful handling. We employ fully trained professionals who work diligently. Please ensure you book your time window accurately based on your property layout and inventory size.
No. We do not offer any discounts if the customer helps with the move. If you choose to assist, you have simply saved your own time so you can finish your day sooner. The Pink Truck Removalist charges based on the agreed rate and minimum booking hours regardless of customer assistance. Additionally, please remember that our transit insurance is completely voided if anyone other than our professional movers handles the items.

Damages, Claims & Complaints
At The Pink Truck Removalist, we handle your items with extreme care. However, if you notice any damage or wish to file a complaint, it must be submitted to us within 24 hours of your move completion.
All claims submitted within the strict 24-hour window must include clear photographic proof of the damage. Claims made after 24 hours from the completion of the move will not be accepted or covered by our insurance.
Our truck dimensions are 4.2m Length x 2.0m Width x 3.1m Height. It is specifically chosen to offer maximum loading space while maintaining a low profile that fits comfortably into tight city apartment loading zones.
Our truck features a fully carpeted interior lining to act as a soft cushion for your goods. We combine this with thick moving blankets and heavy-duty cargo straps to eliminate any shifting or rubbing during transit.
Yes! For interstate moves, it is always a fixed fee based on a per-m³ rate inside our 24m³ truck. For local moves, we can issue a fixed rate only if you email us an exact item list, furniture pictures, and precise details about stairs, assembly, and parking distance.
Our truck has a total volume capacity of 24m³, perfectly optimized to fit entire apartments, units, or townhouses in a single trip while maintaining its nimble 3.1m height clearance.
We require a booking deposit equal to a 2-hour charge to secure your truck and crew. This deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel at least 1 week (7 days) before your moving date. Cancellations inside the 7-day window are nonrefundable.
Full payment must be completed and cleared before we unload the truck at your new location. Please ensure you have your cash or electronic funds fully arranged before our arrival at the drop-off address
No. Our marine transit insurance does not cover fully assembled flat-pack or particleboard furniture. Because these items easily warp or snap at the joints during transit, The Pink Truck Removalist accepts no liability for them unless they have been completely disassembled beforehand.
